Výsledkem by měl být vzor bytového domu vhodného pro městské bydlení. Veškeré benefity bytů v rámci projektu nejlépe ocení ti, kteří v nich budou skutečně žít. Mimo soukromý život bude možné využívat poloveřejné terasovité prostory v 2. druhém nadzemním podlaží.
