In 2020, Trigema achieved a record economic result and turnover of the company. They were achieved mainly thanks to the almost complete sale and completion of two residential projects Nová "Nuselská" in Prague and V Zahrádkách in Plzeň. In both cities together, it reported the sale of less than 230 apartments. Last year, as part of its conventional development, Trigema also built new apartments in Prague Braník. The October start of the construction of the FRAGMENT rental project in Karlín Prague, can be considered a turning point.
