Project from the workshop of architectural studio of Daniel Smitka. An ordinary block of flats in the Bohnice housing estate in Prague 8 of the classical VVU ETA system resulted in a very attractive apartment building after thermal insulation, with which few people would look for gray panel walls. The color design was then awarded with the first prize in the Facade of the Year competition, which is organized annually by Baumit. During the realization the windows were replaced, balconies and interior modifications were repaired in the interiors of the house.
