Public contract for works related to energy savings and reduction of the energy performance of the building. The complex was built in the style of the then prefabricated construction. The buildings are designed as reinforced concrete skeletons, clad with ceramic panels. The construction work consisted of thermal insulation of the cladding and replacement of fillings of openings, thermal insulation of flat roofs including adjustment of wiring and lightning conductors, installation of a heat pump and reconstruction of the interior of workshops and classrooms.
