The reconstruction of the corner house on the Vltava embankment from the beginning of the 20th century focused on the complete repair of the facade including the repair of windows and doors and the repair of the corner roof turret. In the courtyard of the house it was also necessary to reconstruct the facade, including the reconstruction of the balcony layers. Inside the building it was mainly the construction of a new elevator in the place of the existing skylight and the adjustment of the heating system in the individual apartments.
