The construction included the building of the assembly and administrative hall measuring approximately 70 × 103 m, including a communication connection and a car park on the premises of the plant for the assembly of interior parts of transport aircraft and speed trains. Structurally, the building was designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton with sheathing of horizontally and vertically laid sandwich panels.
