The new CLEVER LIVING JRM@Lužiny apartment building with its khaki façade with pale details is based on Trigema’s Clever Living concept. The five-storey building is divided into two separate sections, with most of the building’s structure only going up to the fourth level. The final storey is recessed from the west by more than half the building length. The western façade contains overhanging balconies with large glazed areas. Both sections of the CLEVER LIVING JRM@Lužiny building are wheelchair accessible.
JRM The new five-storey CLEVER LIVING JRM@Lužiny building with its pale façade details is based on Trigema’s Clever Living concept. There is something for everyone here, whether you are single, a young family with children, middle-aged or older. It offers a wide spectrum of apartment sizes and furnishings for all residents, complemented by overhanging balconies.

Architect Daniel Smitka in cooperation with the company Trigema developed a project that will meet the family needs of housing in the locality. All the benefits of apartments within the project will be best appreciated by those who will actually live there. Therefore, every new person interested in the property is also treated individually. Not only the client changes, but also the system of possible defects are dealt with in detail.

The whole district is also known for its green areas and other spaces for relaxation. Central Park and its Nepomuk pond form Stodůlky’s principal axis. There is a particularly photogenic bridge between Hůrka and Lužiny metro stations which has become one of Stodůlky’s new landmarks. Also well-known and popular are the Prokop valley and Dalejské údolí nature reserves.
