The subject of the delivery of the construction work was the thermal insulation of a panel house of 612 housing units with the contact insulation system ETICS of the company STO. Part of the thermal insulation work was also the insulation of floors above the 1st floor. Furthermore, the renovation of loggias and dismantling the existing balcony railing and delivery of railing new painted aluminum with a fill of safety glass with milk foil. The construction work also included thermal insulation of the roof cladding so that all existing layers were preserved and a new thermal insulation layer and waterproofing foil were added, which was anchored by the PROTAN vacuum system.
