The villa from the 1930s serves as an embassy. A complete reconstruction of the substructure was carried out by a combination of infusion screens and external hydro-squeegees. During the construction, emphasis was placed on the preservation and renovation of existing stucco and wooden elements. The stucco decoration was cleaned and repaired, some parts were added locally at the distribution and installation sites. The facade was realized in cooperation with the Heritage Office.
