2019 | Reconstruction of the historical villa Hrádek nad Nisou

The building of the historic villa in Hrádek nad Nisou has undergone considerable reconstruction. Construction work on the original villa of industrialist Hermann Schubert, which was originally built in 1924, included a new roof and a complete interior renovation, from the cellars to the attic.
The reconstruction dealt mainly with changing the layout. Great emphasis was placed on the renovation of the original wooden elements, both in the interior and on the building shell. The reconstruction also included a complete replacement of the water, sewage and electricity distribution systems. The building has been transformed into a community center that forms the background for local associations and non-profit organizations.
