CLEVER LIVING @Nusle or Nová "Nuselská" is an addition to Trigema's residential concept. This residential area was created on the territory of the former Nuselsky dairies area and contains 146 units of Smart housing.

The Nová "Nuselská" housing project consists of three separate sections. Each of them, in terms of height and architecture, including the typical gable roofs, follows on from the surrounding buildings. The apartments range in size from 1+kk to 4+kk.
