The architecture of the planned project emphasizes the connection of the territory of the original Distillery and the creation of an expanded center of Prague 5. It refers to the block development in the center of Smíchov and preserves its structure. The materials used in the future development will leave the genius loci of the original place. They will mainly be masonry and steel. The location of the preserved technologies of the distillery in the future premises will increase the atmosphere of the time even more. The brewery building, which has been declared a cultural monument, will be transformed into a 5-floor gallery with a cafe. Around the 50-meter-high chimney, also protected as a monument, a gastronomic operation will be created.

Ecology and a high standard of living are already common terms in the preparation of unique projects in today's Prague. Here, too, the imaginary bar is moved a notch higher.
