Living Skvrňany
We have sensitively placed the Skvrňany Housing project in a location with plenty of greenery and excellent accessibility to the centre. The simplicity and playfulness of the architecture is perfectly complemented by the private central park, which functions not only as a natural relaxation zone, but is also a place of mutual encounter, and thus the very heart of the whole area.
The urban concept consists of seven separate houses, connected by an underground car park in the basement. Conceptually, it consists of three pairs of apartment buildings, located with the orientation of apartments to the west / east, which are complemented by an atypically designed seventh apartment building.
The houses frame a relaxing central green park, thus forming the heart of the entire complex. The concept is complemented by a service road and a system of technical amenities.
The position of the living rooms is designed with respect to the cardinal directions so that the sunlight illuminates all the living rooms of the apartment with its light. The balconies are oriented mainly to the inner green park.
The layout of the flats offers a variety of size categories with a higher proportion of two-room flats on typical floors. Large apartments are mainly located on the higher floors.
