Marcel Soural
Marcel Soural is the founder, sole shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Trigema investment group. In collaboration with management, he sets out an investment strategy in key areas, and develops an original housing concept in which he combines the functionality of distinctive architecture with originality and an overlap into society as a whole.
He is a member of the Administrative Board of the Association for Real Estate Market Development, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Centrum Paraple public benefit company, a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague and a member of the Czech Chamber of Authorised Engineers and Technicians in Construction.

As the founder and sole shareholder, Marcel Soural devotes himself to the development of the Trigema investment group. In collaboration with management, he sets out an investment strategy in key areas. As a visionary, together with others he develops an original housing concept in which he combines the functionality of distinctive architecture with originality and an overlap into society as a whole, for which the Trigema group creates a better living space.
The birth of Trigema
As a graduate of Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, Marcel Soural joined Vodní Stavby at the start of the nineties, and after other brief activity in construction companies in Germany and the Czech Republic, he founded his own construction company – Trigema – with two of his friends on the 27th of May 1994. Trigema built its first 32-unit apartment building in 1997 in Radotín, which raised the company to the level of a real developer.
Since then, Trigema has grown into a major development and investment group with its own construction company and building and facility management firm. The Trigema group makes decisions on the basis of its own visions and its team’s motivation, and invests where it sees opportunity and added value for society as a whole.
Marcel Soural is the sole shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Trigema Investment Group, a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Real Estate Market Development, a member of the Supervisory Board of Centra Paraple, o.p.s. and a member of the ČKAIT active in construction. In 2021, he became a member of the prestigious Forbes magazine's 100 Richest Czechs.
Responsibility (philanthropy)
Marcel Soural is aware of the social responsibility he bears. That is why Trigema strives for the long-term cultivation of the public spaces around its buildings, and cares for the public spaces and comfort of neighbouring residents. In addition, since 1999 it has been a partner and supporter of Centrum Paraple, to which it provides long-term financial and material support.
For many years, Trigema has also supported the Toulava tourist area on the border of southern and central Bohemia, and is a proud partner of the Dejvice Theatre in Prague, the Jatka 78 cultural space, the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague volleyball team, and the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague basketball team.
