New buildings
Two words, twelve letters. New buildings. Our opus magnum. In short, new buildings are our main projects, both residential projects and administrative and industrial buildings. We build projects that are more intimate, as well as ones involving hundreds of new apartments, but we’re also happy to take on projects in which we see meaning that goes beyond the function of housing.
We’re proud of what we do, and our work speaks for us, whether it’s the Barevné [Colourful] Letňany a 2Barevné [2-coloured] Letňany housing projects, SMART Apartments in Stodůlky, Prague, apartments buildings from the Smart Housing concept, CLB@Letňany, BLV@Horní Měcholupy, CSV@Řepy, or ski apartments in the popular Monínec ski and recreation centre. However, we also see meaning in non-residential projects, which is why we built the Science and Technology Park in Roztoky, the AVE administrative building, the boiler room for the Žatec Heating Plant and an extension for Centrum Paraple [Umbrella Centre].
What can we do?
We take care of the entire construction process for the investor, from start to finish. We can therefore manage the acquisition itself, the architectural plan, the design, the construction and if applicable also the subsequent operation. We’re audited, and we meet all relevant standards. In addition to our own internal audit department, it is our enthusiasm that helps us to perform excellent work. Every day, it leads us forward, just like the awareness of our own independence which, together with a sense of fulfilment from meaningful and outstanding work, motivates us every day to be better.
In response to the latest market trends and requirements, we’re carefully focusing on the area of the robotisation and automation of construction production. For example, we’ll be able to accelerate future construction by moving part of it into production halls, after which the individual parts of the project will only be assembled at the construction site.
For several years, modern intelligent processes for the creation and management of projects via the design of Building Information Modelling – so-called BIM – have also been penetrating the construction industry. Among others, this system, which we already apply in our work, monitors costs and takes care of the electronization of documents, or access to documents on the construction site in electronic form.
We try to look ahead, and think individual steps through well. The area of robotisation and automation belongs among those that will be the greatest priority for us over the coming months and years.
Apartment buildings

We also build more intimate projects, such as the Písková Apartment Building, 3D Rezidence and CSV@Řepy, as well as projects involving hundreds of new apartments – for example SMART Apartments, 2Barevné Letňany and Barevné Letňany. Our apartment buildings mean more to us than just numbers in statistics.

Science and technology parks

We’re proud of what we do, and our work speaks for us, whether it’s the Barevné Letňany and 2Barevné Letňany apartment projects, SMART Apartments in Stodůlky, Prague, apartment buildings from the Smart Housing concept such as CLB@Letňany, BLV@Horní Měcholupy and CSV@Řepy, or ski apartments in the popular Monínec ski and recreation centre.

Tourism complexes
We know that discovering new places relaxes the mind and allows you to rise above it all. That’s why, in 2007, we decided to enter the field of tourism.
After the construction of the Academic Hotel & Congress Centre in Roztoky, we decided to repair and modernise our complex in Monínec. We rebuilt Hotel Monínec, and constructed apartments and a restaurant of the same name in the M2 Alpine style. This is partly why the Monínec complex has become one of the most popular ski, tourism and relaxation centres in the Czech Republic.
Another project close to our hearts is the Cyberdog Technology and Information Centre, which is intended for the general public. We opened the “cosmic“ wine bar, which won the Best of Realty competition and in which customers are waited on by a robotic arm, at the Nové Butovice metro station at the end of November 2018.
Offices
In our development activities, we focus primarily on residential projects and the development of science and technology complexes, but an integral part of these projects are not only scientific workplaces and business incubators, but also high-quality office and conference premises.
We build them with a sense of detail: we make sure that their internal layout is as flexible as possible, because we know that life, including working life, is full of changes.
Ceilings with built-in lighting, controllable sunshades and green, partially grassed roofs, where you’ll find a moment to breathe and relax during a demanding working day, are also matter of course.
Although we’re not a typical office developer, we‘re also preparing projects which will primarily offer office use. Here, too, however, just like with all our other projects, we pay attention to the fresh and independent originality of the architecture, exceptional design and the latest technology.
Multifunctional new buildings
We build our projects with respect for the surrounding space, and it makes sense for us to develop and care for our environment, which serves both our projects‘ residents and other people. This is partly why Trigema altruistically invested tens of millions of crowns in the public space of a pedestrian zone in Nové Butovice, Prague.
We like it when we can offer as much as possible. That’s why, in addition to typical residential projects, we also build multifunctional ones, which offer several functions at once in one place.
As well as the housing itself, you’ll also find smaller shops, restaurants and cafés in them; for example, this is the case in our SMART Apartments, CLB@Letňany and Polyfunctional Houses in Roztoky projects.
Work that we’re proud of
Our work means more to us than just numbers in statistics. We care about every project, we’re there at its birth and origin, and we’re interested in what will happen with it afterwards. We’re happy when our buildings become filled with people, and when our residential complexes become houses and homes that live their inhabitants‘ stories.
