Since 2017, design work has been carried out by the subsidiary Black n' Arch. The architectural studio was established as the result of long-term collaboration and creative understanding between Marcel Soural, and by extension the entire Trigema group, and artist David Černý. Our studio’s design preparation currently includes several large residential units and iconic buildings. You can view them all at www.blacknarch.cz. The studio is located near the entire investment group’s registered office, at Na Zlatě 2835/3, in the commercial parterre of the SMART Apartments development project.
