The Science and Technology Park in Roztoky was our first project in the area of science and research. It combines the functions of a technology park, business incubator and technology transfer centre.

In collaboration with the Czech Technical University in Prague and the business sector, it’s engaged in the research and development of combustion engines for cars and engines with alternative drives, as well as the construction of vehicle transmissions. The Science and Technology Park in Roztoky makes perfect use of its synergy with the neighbouring Science Park, thanks to which it combines the advantages of both science and research centres.

Czech Technical University in Prague / Centre for Sustainable Mobility Vehicles
The project’s main partner is the Faculty of Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, represented by the Centre for Sustainable Mobility Vehicles (CVUM). The centre’s main focus is the research and development of spark-ignition combustion engines (petrol, gas and alternative fuels) and compression ignition combustion engines for cars and heavy vehicles. Engine research focuses on thermodynamics, internal aerodynamics, supercharging, turbocharging, use of conventional and emerging technologies, reduction and subsequent treatment of emissions, intelligent engine management systems, engine dynamics and group strength applied to construction optimisation.
