We built the Nová [New] “Nuselská“ family residential complex on the site of the abandoned former Nusle dairies compound, and we completed it at the end of 2020. It construction lasted less than two years. The project, which was completely sold out by spring 2021, won the main category in the most prestigious Czech competition, Best of Realty, in 2021.
Nová Nuselská consists of 146 apartments in our Smart Housing category, with layouts from 1 bedroom + kitchen corner to 4 bedroom + kitchen corner, of which most have their own balcony or terrace. Overall, the complex consists of three separate sections, of which each one is connected to the surrounding development in terms of height and architecture, including the typical saddle roofs. The complex is very energy-efficient, and offers more than 151 garage parking spaces.

We conceived the five- to seven-storey complex primarily as a place for family living with children, and we adapted the individual apartments to that effect. The apartments thus offer generous and cleverly arranged layouts, and an unexpected, original and completely functional arrangement of storage spaces. It’s the functionality and originality of the apartment layouts, as well as the luxury of the large, private green courtyard, which at 4,000 m2 is more like a private park, that the expert jury in the Best of Realty competition, which has the reputation of being the “Czech real estate Oscars“, appreciated about our complex.
The individual apartments in Nová Nuselská have the elements of a SMART household, which can be controlled by a phone or a tablet; superior apartment equipment in the form of heat recovery, wooden or vinyl floors, raised non-rebated doors, security entrance doors and much more is also matter of course.
The residential complex is located directly opposite the rising Na Jezerce Street, from which it also offers a view of its courtyard. Its position, almost in the city centre, is also enriched by the beautiful Jezerka forest park, which is only 250 metres from the residential complex. In addition to the housing itself, the project also offers approximately 700 m2 of commercial space, which is intended not only for residents but also for the general public, and thereby enriches the local civic amenities.
